Where there’s a will, there’s a way!

Let’s meet Rolf Kniep, a highly appreciated member of our Group’s site in Bremen. Due to a serious eye disease, he had to undergo several operations, which at least helped him maintain a minimum of eyesight. However, he thought he would never be able to work again…

Losing a job for health reasons is hard to handle, both for the person and the company, which loses an experienced professional. Neither Rolf nor his colleagues at Bremen wanted this to happen! For Rolf to be able to stay working, a radical adaptation of his office had to be done. With his colleague’s continuous support Rolf is still working with us today.

Not everything was plain sailing: the time during the reconstruction of the business premises was very difficult. Everyone had to be moved around. The big challenge was to keep all network related computers and machines working – and they succeeded!

During one of the toughest periods of his life, Rolf was able to count on his friends and colleagues. Do you have a similar experience and would like to share it? Now is the time!
