Shop floor Safety audits: we focus on people
Is there anything more rewarding than helping to save a life? Our colleagues here at the Luxembourg Headquarters had the opportunity to learn some days ago that everyone in our Group can do it! How? Thanks to what we call a ‘shop floor audit’. Let us explain to you how that works.
Tomorrow we are having a very special event: the Health and Safety Day, a call to action so that we can all take ‘Together, a step forward’ and improve our worldwide Health and Safety performance. The shop floor training here in Luxembourg showed that everyone of us is capable of demonstrating Leadership and commitment to Safety!
Our shop floor audits are face-to-face discussions about safe behaviour between people doing the work and a ‘shop floor auditor’. Who can be a ‘shop floor auditor’? Anyone properly trained who cares about Safety. You can, too!
Our objective here is to facilitate everyone’s commitment to work in the best and safest conditions possible! Have you ever done a shop floor training? Then share your experiences here – we would love to hear from you!
