Young Americans
In five years time a third of our workforce will retire. Most graduates today want to work for big companies like Yahoo, Google, or Apple. They don’t even know who ArcelorMittal is, let alone realise the opportunities available to them at this company. If we don’t recruit young talent to replace our employees there will be no-one to pass on the knowledge they need. We are going to be in serious trouble. Our job is to make sure they hear about us, join our Facebook group and see our online recruitment campaign. We need to get out there and win young students over to the world of steel. We’re on a mission!

My dear Alina I am agree with you in Mexico we require recruit young people to teach them our knowledge and experience in site work, involving them in the solution of daily problems.
