HR proximity meeting – Shared Services
Participants from Human Resources functions within ArcelorMittal Group had the opportunity to meet and share experiences they had in 2007 during a new proximity meeting. They also reviewed the challenges for 2008, organised for the members of the Shared Services community.
In Luxembourg, on December 14 2007, after the presentation of the Human Resources Business Plan 2008, including the top 10 priorities, Bernard Fontana, EVP Human Resources, challenged the participants to ask him the questions they were interested in. A strong focus was given to training programmes.
This meeting was an ideal opportunity to debrief the year, reflect about the achievements to be highlighted, improvements to be integrated. At the same time it aligned the members of the Group and will ensure an efficient start of 2008.
