ArcelorMittal brand launches celebrated in style around the world

Since the internal launch of the ArcelorMittal brand at the Leadership Conference in Cannes on May 29 and the official external launches in Paris and Luxembourg, all the employees of ArcelorMittal in the 60 countries where the Group is present are hosting, and will continue to host, similar events to celebrate the launch of the new corporate brand.

In Florange, France, an awards ceremony was used as the occasion for the celebration of the new brand.

ArcelorMittal Asturias, Spain, hosted an internal event for the launch of the new corporate brand on June 28. For this occasion, large marquees were installed at the entry to both factories, in Trasona (Avilés) and Tremañes (Gijón), and a large number of employees visited the venues.

In Acería Compacta de Bizkaia, Spain, a full schedule of events, including a breakfast for coming and finishing shifts, a new branding presentation and a running race called “the ACB Mile”, occurred.

Similar brand launch events took place in Sagunto, Spain, and in Rotterdam, Netherlands, where “goodie bags” were distributed.

There are still more brand launches to occur and we will continue to report on the various ways that ArcelorMittal people celebrate the new brand in creative and fun ways around the globe.
