Lakshmi Mittal visits Bremen Site

On the 9th February Lakshmi Mittal (President of the Board of Directors and CEO) paid his first visit to the Arcelor Mittal site in Bremen, Germany. Members of site management and some representatives of the plant’s 3,600 employees met with Mr Mittal who praised enthusiastically the site performance.

Mr Mittal said “This is one of the best plants in our company, the management and the workers have achieved a lot in the last years.”

In the evening Mr Mittal attended the Schaffermahl, a traditional annual event at the Bremen city hall. He was guest of honor alongside German Chancellor Angela Merkel which was also attended by 300 public figures of the cultural, economic and political scene.
